Pipeline Pilot使用簡介
前言
多年來，計算中心所提供的生物基因資料庫GCG及SeqWeb服務，因原廠Accelrys公司不再提供GCG之維護與更新作業，故自今（98）年2月15日起，中心不再提供SeqWeb服務，而改由Accelrys Pipeline Pilot （簡稱PP）軟體替代SeqWeb之使用。
Accelrys Pipeline Pilot為整合平台（Platform Informatics），宣稱經由流程的設計與協定（Protocol）設計可以完整的將各式資料、結構、圖檔、搜尋引擎、計算引擎等導入於單一平台上進行各項應用之執行，快速地架接開發研究的起始資料與研究結果。
Pipeline Pilot的應用功能
